International woolmark prize

Disrupting the thread

The International Woolmark Prize is an award that celebrates fashion talents from around the globe that showcase the beauty and versatility of Merino wool. As part of a project team lead by Factory Fifteen, we took part in assembling a captivating visitor experience for the 2018 International Woolmark Prize event in Florence, Italy.

Production of communication materials included social media content, spatial signage and print collateral for the event.

Factory Fifteen directed the campaign and created the content for the show deploying digital media and projections pushing visitor engagement and interaction, while OBO led the event production and design.

The award nominees were prone to disrupt traditional techniques in manufacturing and design, and this became expressed visually through coded algorithms, animation and experimental printed graphics.
